Riverbank Tears

The smell of lavender takes me back to the day when I was in the forest

What you said on the bus...

It was true, I was just hoping you were wrong

But you were right

After I heard all of your voices fade away,

I sunk down to the ground by the dry river bank

And I cried my eyes out

I cried because I realized how wrong I was

And it turns out,

I am wrong a lot
