ForgivenA Poem by Tabitha DingsA small silver band Circular and brilliant The word: "Forgiven" Etched deep in the metal
Its meaning I know The word is on my heart The word: "Forgiven" Etched deep within my soul
This little trinket So unnoticeable This ring Forgotten I've betrayed my own vow
Now I remember How it feels to be loved The word: "Forgiven" Is brought to new meaning
Two vows were broken One to God, one to him Praise be To my Lord They've both forgiven me
