I've Seen It All

on the spot

i've had countless journeys'

throughout time

and space

and my mortal memories 

seem to be a blockade for my eternal mind

i can't quite

pin it down

but when i ask people

'why can't we live as before?'

they ask me

what i mean

and i ponder

the question

i guess

the only answer

is that my body

was only obliged

to this generation

but my mind

remembers things

my body

cannot
