Someone was singing, faintly, so soft I was afraid to touch it, afraid it might crumble and be something twisted, marred, demented. So I didn't do anything, I just listened to the voice, singing her pain away. Singing her life away.
"If I could save time in a bottle
The first thing that I'd like to do
Is to save every day
'Til eternity passes away
Just to spend them with you"
I remembered that song, though I had no idea when or where.
"Skylar, oh Skyyyyyylaar!"
