~ Night Falls ~

 

 

 

I waited for a long time and finally, when the sky outside was dark with the tired stars shining all they could’ve shone, I began to feel a heaviness I never felt before on the tops of my eyelids

 

 

 

 

 

I looked out the window because inside the train it was as dark as it is underneath the covers’ of a blanket

 

 

 

Instantly, I began to feel warmth all over me

 

 

 

I began to close my eyes and dream
