Encounter

A painful encounter,

Where love must not matter;

Emotion kept silence,

Even though love’s intense;

 

Destiny’s playing,

While heart’s aching;

Learning to move on,

When we never hold on;

 

Love was never our reality,

Life has no space for vulnerability;

Mind must come first,

For heart makes everything worst;

 

We’ll never be,

Lying tremendously;

Afraid to risk the future,

That’s why heart’s on torture;

 

A fateful but sad encounter,

That ends in a single chapter;

Unknotting fate’s twisted tie,

Starting with our goodbye.
