I wrote this to my friend who doesn't trust me.always give me a chance to show I'm right it hurt me when {ally} assumed I'm lying when all I wanted was to share a secret

tell me where will we be
about seven years later
we'll be so close and near
and our friendship will be greater
we'll share all our days
whether they're hard or easy
you'll see all the moments
when I'm sweet or I'm crazy
someday you'll make me smile
but then I'll shed a tear
and though I'm not a crier
you already lost me my dear
today when you refused to believe
when all I wanted was to share a secret
today when you assumed I'm lying
it hurt me and I'll never forget it
I promise you
i swear
that whenever I'm lying I'll tell you I am
'cause I can be that honest
even when I lie I am
