I Sing A Song Of Me

I Sing A Song Of Me

A Poem by J.S. Scot
"

Childhood is a rough time for all. I annoyed my brother, dad died, got fat, all before the age of thirteen. Oh yeah, and hormones.

"
I sing a song of me
As I started in elementary
Daydreams to nightmares
The Boogie man plays his melody

I wasn't a brave boy
Big brother I use to annoy
Boyhood to manhood
Can I bring my toy

I sing a song of me
The death of a daddy
Laughs turns to tears
I hated this reality

Am I meant to be abandoned
Now I blow up like a cannon
Bombs turn to pain
What life did I land in

I sing a song of me
How did I end up so lonely
Love turns to lust
Who's more beautiful than she

Grown from heartbreak
Best friend becomes a juicy steak
Lonely turns to leadership
No time to be fake

I sing a song of me
Yes yes of me
As boy turns to a man
Oh God please help me
