Wounds, Untreated [updated]

Wounds, Untreated [updated]

A Poem by Eric J. Kingsepp

The sharpest offense
Is often defense against
A past wound's shadow.

A wound, given in
In passing at five, can still
reproduce today.

Hurt as children, some
Spend their lives ensuring they
Hurt a different way.
