North SeaA Poem by JackHurtling across the open space the inevitability of meeting the unyielding thickened pane of glass Searing pain stabbing it way through the fog of consciousness and dreaming the realism of hands gathering to stem the red flow I looked forward seeing the green black monster reaching over wanting to crush me to its' watery chest The battle scarred trawler momentarily stunned regathered and ploughed through the heart of the twenty metre wave
