The Story of Us

The first paragraph of a love story i'm writing, my love story..

We weren’t perfect. We fought, broke up, kissed and made up, and broke up again more times than I would like remember. We were not two perfectly beautiful people who met one day and fell in love and had a perfect fairy tale life. We each had our problems. Love is not perfect; the power between two people is not even, the love is torn and stretched and abused until it’s hanging on by a string and almost broken, love is confusing and heartbreaking and it is one of the hardest things in life. We were the perfect example of broken, hard, hateful, and agonizingly beautiful love.
