fall

i think i hate fall

it makes the leaves look so

dead

lying there, cold and dull

even if the wind comes,

sweeping them up 

making them fly, like they're

alive,

the wind won't carry them far

dropping them with

no guilt

and maybe i hate fall

because it makes the leaves 

look so much like

me
