Bittersweet Endings

a spur of the moment thing; we just finished school where i live...so yeah...

Bittersweet endings,

Happily sad goodbyes.

We are on holidays,

But it will be lonely.

We won’t be the same when we go back,

We’re growing up too fast.

Soon we’ll be adults,

Looking after children.

I just lost a year of my life,

Hardly remembering it.

All I know is,

It was the best year of my life.

My friends were the best,

The experiences fantastic.

Even though our friendships,

Were seriously spastic.

I love my friends,

They make life worth going through.

We’ve collected so many memories this year,

And grown up so much.

We’ve all changed,

For better or worse, we’ve yet to find out.

All I know is,

It was the best year of my life.
