My Universe

I hold this world in the palm of my hands.
Which way the wind blows is up for discussion but
Ultimately, it’s my decision.
Who comes in is just as important
As those who leave;
Either by choice, force or destiny
The desire,
The flowing stream of
Love,
Or the lack thereof,
Is what I have to work everything around.
Other than that
I can have as many parties
As I wish.
Talk with
Whom I wish.
Write
What I feel and
No one will bother me.
Although it’s not because they don’t want to.
But when I open my bedroom door,
I am forced to realize
There is no one left to object.
