i believe the sun

will always set

against the evening sky

 

i believe that raindrops

are only tears

that sweet angels cry

 

i believe our sorrows

are only the bumps

we feel along the road

 

i believe that winter

is only an excuse

to wear our warmest clothes

 

i believe that life

is so much better

when we take time to pray

 

i believe that talking

is simply more than

the words we have to say

 

i believe that marriage

will always be sacred

and i know it to be true

 

that until the stars

will fall from heaven

my heart will be with you
