DaffodilsA Poem by kaylasemi-dark poemI'm picking you some flowers, I hope that you don't mind; the occasion for these daffodils continually on my mind.
You said that you loved me, but now that is not so. It seems to me it's time for you to finally go.
Some would think me crazy, but I don't really care. You made me a promise, then broke it fair and square.
So now I'm picking daffodils for your funeral later on. You know you broke our promise, your consequence: dead and gone. © 2012 kaylaAuthor's Note
