Alone & Forgotten

Don’t tell me you love me if you don’t mean it,

Don’t fill me with hope when it’s obviously bullshit;

Don’t say you’ll do something if it’s never going to get done,

Don’t blame it all on me when you’re the guilty one.

I should have known better this has happened before,

I wouldn’t have known better because you swore.

You swore you’d changed and that it wouldn’t happen,

Well here I am again, alone and forgotten.
