JUMP OUT ~ JUMP HIGH!

JUMP OUT ~ JUMP HIGH!

A Poem by Nautili

When life has put you in a box,
Confined and cramped, you want to shout,
Your legs can’t move, no air to breathe,
You’re scared to stay, you’re scared to leave….
Jump Out! ~  Jump High!
Outside the box, life offers more.
Sturdy cardboard sides do bore.
You’ve been labeled and neatly packed,
But vision and inspiration you lack,
Jump Out! ~ Jump High!
Once a hide-away, now a prison,
Losing your rhyme, losing your rhythm.
This box, that you have called home,
Like a hermit crab, you have outgrown.
Jump Out! ~ Jump High!

Go Baby! Love it, love it. This is a powerful write because it represents such a scary move. In my boring technical writing I would sight that risk and return are directly correlated, lol.
