One Rainy Day

I looked up and saw dark clouds brewing.

Closing my eyes as I sniff as summer air ruined.

A single drop landed on my forehead,

And another and another as the rain fall ahead.

 

People running to look for cover

Children laugh as they play to one another.

Enjoying the sudden downpour

In the side street where water splash on the floor.
