All Hallow's EveA Poem by kyamSaints
Let's pay out respects to the dead
They just heard what I said They are looming around Coming closer and closer to the ground What spirits have you called to appear Someone you don't fear It's all good in your mind They always show up at their own time Give them the attention they desire Don't make them catch the place on fire They can be demanding you know You don't really think you're running the show Pay them homage like they deserve They're here all year and haven't disturbed Like they could rattle your cage And do things to make you afraid They just want a friendly visit you see Just something to tell them from you and me That they are still important to our lives We haven't forgotten them and they still jive We still carry torches for them And when it came to their end We miss them each and every day We love and respect them this "Hallow Eve's Day"
