Let's get better

for God's sake

          If I get better will you get better too

          I don't want to see anymore raging like at the zoo

          let's calm it down a notch or two

          maybe we can both get through

          what if I get better and you stay behind

          won't it just take that much longer to find

          that we both worry about the time

          let's don't worry it'll be just fine

          my attitude is better is yours

          do you ever think about it as you're mopping the floors

          I know you don't mean to be a bore

          you can change anytime just open the door

          don't depend on me for your sanity

          you seem to have a large dose of vanity

          don't let life get to full of  calamity

          we don't want you to have any tragedy
