black tears

 

 

This pain inside of me

I fear will never leave,

It is you that has cause it-

I undoubtly believe.

These scars I have to show

Yet still others I cannot,

 It has gone deeper than that

It has affected my heart.

Watch my bloodshot eyes

As the struggle to open and close,

I cry black tears-

Have stained pages to show.

But take a look once more

And you will see

I will persevere-inside this tragedy.

very nice poem, the emotion in it is real, its tragic, but its true. i like the reality of it, no matter how depressing it may be. though i suggest using more detailing, maybe a metaphor or two (aside from crying black tears lol). but other than that BRAVO GIRL! : )
