Glimpse of a memoryA Poem by PointblankI thought I saw someone I used to love but didnt know I loved till I found out what love was. We never know what we have till we grow up and realize we don't have it.Glimpse of a memory
A marked man, you hide your heart The outside covered with misleading art I knew you before you deadbolted the door kicked everyone out and demanded no more If thats truly you I saw today A changed man you are in every way I kissed those lips before I went away Years ago when I was led astray I prayed so many nights I could just find you say that I messed up I was a total fool Would you love me again or say I never loved you? If that was truly you you musn't have known me I am just a stump from that old love tree I wonder if you ever think my name Or wish I'd just remain the same dismissed by you Like I deserved you to do PB 6/24/08
