Lumination

I longed for the stars to finally illuminate my
dark soul.
Your passion bled into what appeared to be nothing.
It's the song of death that constantly engulfs
my mind and rapes my ears with its harsh hums.
I grab my ears for I fear they will bleed.
We'll carry on.

An interesting piece, with good imagery. "Your passion bled into what appeared to be nothing." and "It's the song of death that constantly engulfs..." have to be my favorite lines from the work.
