Internally BleedingA Poem by Tai RyensWhetted glass whirls in my stomach, Originating from a splintered heart; As it desperately pumps blackened blood Containing miniature, honed shards.
Even more inflicted pain is brought With every twisted smile; Ripping my mind to shreds with Internal razors twistered by a gale.
At last internal wounds Evolved into external bleeding; Dripping out my wrists is neither crimson, Nor blue; but instead black ink. © 2012 Tai RyensAuthor's Note
