FalloutA Poem by Tai RyensWelcome to the boneyard, where not even the winds blow.Sauntering about rising skeletons; rusting steel extending out towards the heavens: retracing humanities grave footprints; where there is but littered streets and silent whirlwinds.
Scouring for leftovers to scavenge; not only tangibles but sanity as well: for even mentalities are ravaged by splitting atoms raining nuclear hail.
Looking towards ruptured benedictions to defile as death whips me from all directions like knives: trekking chiseled, bruised surfaces while pondering whether the unlucky are left dead, or alive. © 2012 Tai RyensAuthor's Note
