La La Love

The first poem I wrote for my boyfrined :)

I'll have you know, you just so happen to be lingering in my mind this very moment
Your delicate eyes observe these words as I, I observe your eyes
Though do not think for one mere second that it troubles me
No, for I am absorbing every thought of you as if it were the last
So please stay, stay a while with me
You know it is surely no secret that I am drawn in, so very captivated, by all that you possess
Darling, you beckon me
And I am lured in and hope to stay, stay a while with you
Heart strings sing melodies;
how could something this immaculate ever truly be?
You are the essence of the illuminating smile that so often takes hold of my face,
Starting with a simple spark on my face, ending with a flame in my heart
Precisely, I say, what a catch..
