I just read our old conversations
The ones that you most likely do not remember.
It was almost a year ago,
I can still taste that strawberry kiss.

I realized how dumb I was
For actually thinking you loved me.
Sure, you might have cared,
But you did such just as a careless wanderer.

Im not your devil dressed in blue any longer.
Im not who I used to be.
I finally have realized the such,
And I am glad you have stayed out of my dreams.

Nicely written! One suggestion would be to replace "strawberry kiss". It is very popularly used and a little too cliche for my personal taste. Other than that, I have to say I enjoyed it :)

I really like this poem. Time and space allow us to see the truth of the emotions that swirled around us so chaotically during the storm of the relationship. Here, you show how once the storm is over and you have some distance from it you can see what it really was. :)
