A Dream Come True

Before this Day I sat down reminiscing

As I recall the 6yrs that we shared together

The 6yrs of laughter, adventure, disappointment, trials and tribulations

 I remembered meeting you on the Panorama ship

Acting like a gentleman volunteering to hold my grip

I remembered my first touch, my first kiss

The first time you made me cry

The first time you made me smile

The first time I felt like my life was worth while

 I remembered disobeying our parent’s rules

or just simply acting the fool

I remembered us fantasizing about today,

but not knowing that it was closely coming our way

It started with baby ______, a great responsibility

 but yet one of our greatest gift from the creator

 We made mistakes but yet we learnt from them

As it made our crazy story have a happy end

You stood by me and I stood by you

Wow boy! We really made it through

 My weakness was doubt while your strength was faith

We didn’t even realized this helped us carry our weight

When you gave up, I was determined

 As my mother always thought me

“Perseverance overcomes your burdens”

 I kept your secrets you kept mine

For you took away the pain I bared for a long time

For these memories just have me to say

That you are indeed the man I have always wanted to marry one day.
