Genie

Genie

A Poem by Lero Ro
"

hello number 5 =)

"
You were a person number 1,
you were sure that you had won.
I fulfilled your wish, not one but three
but you ate your word, you didn't set me free.

I was sad, but there were you
my precious person number 2.
You were so kind and sweet to me
but end up hanging off the tree.

Just when I was drinking tea
appeared a stranger number 3.
I must admit we had much fun
but it all ends with silver gun.

You, a nasty human number 4
came when you were loosing in a war.
I was a demon, weapon, nothing more
and yet I couldn't take your soul.

Thousand years and more have passed
I'm waiting for the number last.
Laughing in the depths of sea, alive
I'm waiting just for you, a victim number 5,

you're reading this, oh don't be shy!

This was quite good I have to say.. A little bit of mystery along with great rhymes.

The usage of wording is enterianing and fun. The ending was really cool - wrapped this piece up nicely.

As for being number 5 - no thanks I'd rather stay alive.

Mark.
