Something happened.

I dreamt about this. The sky was dark and my eyes grew heavy. I laid back upon my pillow, and I dreamt about this. I dreamt about us. It was something wonderful and vivid. You were so gentle and you whispered twisted secrets in my ear. You promised me the world and your delivery was not far off. But I had nothing to give you. In my dream I felt my heart sink and holes formed in my hands. I hurried to give you everything I had, but it all slipped through. You folded my hands together and told me everything was okay. You promised that there was nothing you wanted. You kissed my hands where they bled and you saw me. You looked at me, and you saw me. I dreamt about this. The sky was dark and I loved you.
