Hope I did it right

Hope I did it right

A Poem by Donald Meikle

The depth of character in ghosts Ive met
In this world of wondrous internet
Is way beyond the scope of sight
Of Poe and Shakespeares keen delight
How closer yet the world is now
It gives one hope that yet somehow
Well find a way to fit not fight
Before I meet the night

I've been wallowing a little in your poetry tonight Donald - read quite a few and, as always, I was not disappointed. Wonderful - yes, all of them.
