Cloud Confrontation

Cloud Confrontation

A Poem by Donald Meikle

Clouds boil by on a sky of blue
Shape changing in constant motion
as emotions burst in heartfelt streams
of teared appreciation
Layers of feeling breezing by
in shades of grey and sun bleached white
And then for no apparent reason
All is threatening grey
Blue peeps through
But foreboding fills the sky
