Emotions

Emotions

A Poem by Linda alexander
"

Emotions can be sometimes overtake your life's control

"
They are like monkeys, we watch them initially
Later, they control you too much
They can paralyze you like cobra venom for breathing, Russel vipers for coagulation
They can make you stoic as if you are intoxicated
You even sometimes defecate in the public area because of stress
What a nonsense emotions can mess you this much
Who gave emotions this much power over you
It is only emotions, mere chemicals
It is not even malignant sarcoma
It is not something anatomically messed your organs
Why, simple chemicals or emotions make your world turn upside down
I want all of us think seriously
I want this monkey not manipulating my life or anyone's life
