If someone has any kind of issues which is not caused by them, normalcy is to agonize them more with no genuine reasons, cephalexin is skin antibiotic, cephalosporin family

Wound needs to be kept open for healing

Kept simply open just for healing

People looked at it and blamed me for open wound

Some said, open wound never will heal

Open wound needs no verbal comments,or body gesture

Same wound never require any blame games 

It simply needs seven days of cephalexin

May be some acetaminophen or cleaning if needed

The note makes me wonder whether some wounds will ever close. In our hearts as all our blood clots, you wonder if everything went the other way. Not realizing you've done everything you can to prevent further filial damage. Sometimes you may never know the real reason why you get hurt. Being hurt sometimes shows us the other side to the coin

Nice analogy of the real wound to a different kind of "wound". Some wounds can be easily healed..some needs time to heal...and yes, time can heal.

Thank you so much, it can have many facets as you mentioned, I wrote mainly based on a common observation prevailing in society, jumping in to areas of others difficult situation similar to divorce, marital relationships, children's upbringing, chronic illness like cancer, and making it little more harder for the other person to manage without no particular gain to society, game for cat, crucial pain for rat, similar scenorio

Ha ha, true discovery, will they sue me that I did not mention that can not use cephalosporin if allergic to penicillin as it has ten to fifteen percent cross sensitivity

This particular wound need to be open to air for it's healing, so person does not have no choice, but people have choice to be constructive or not when they see it, they should try to see the real facts only
