The distance to actions from initiative of brain depends on your current attitude and ability, initially your daily routines change, later the mind gets messed up, a vicious circle, needs to break it

Can vary from millimeter or lesser up to light years

At times only problem I have and had for a while

Concern is if brain too frozen what is the option

Searching for chloride to melt the frozen brain
