New dreams

Let past go, look forward to future

There was a regular ladder for me to climb upwards

Some one knocked it down and also my dreams

Now I am moaning for my old ladder and broken dreams

On going for a while getting depressed

Can I have a new ladder and a few new dreams

I can not wait no longer as my clock is ticking

My call for sleep may come early or later

Impossible to live without my ladder and dreams

I really liked this one! Though in the first line, I notice a small error ("an" should be "a"). Otherwise, really good. Can I ask though, what is your "ladder"? Is your ladder and dream the same, or is your ladder referring to the ongoing of life in general, or is it something more personal? I'd really like to know!

It can be interpreted the way you said, or laader can be opportunities, or persons in your life, or support system in life, when it gets changed we need new support system. The ladder can be compared broken past too, reader is the boss of my poems in general, thank you very much for the review, take care
