This poem dedicated to all my friends including pen friends who willing to breathe, breath is to live, live is to marry the second which is in your hand

breathe Breathe breathe breathe

Know your breath every second

For what you breathing

For whom you breathing

Feel during inhalation and exhalation

Increase tidal volume each time

Use incentive spirometry

as my daughter's swim coach commonly says..."Breathing is over-rated". He's joking, of course. But if you've ever swam 25 meters underwater without allowing yourself to come up for air, you kind of know what he's talking about.
On the serious side, so many people take their lungs for granted. Your lungs are one of the most precious organ tissues we have. If they get damaged, they don't repair themselves. God only gave us these two...so we'd better give them clean air and stay away from cigarettes. Thank you, Linda. Very nice poem.
