A Poem by Linda alexander

You did not taint me
Neither the society nor my beloved
I tainted my image myself
It is to keep my soul untainted

There is something powerful about taking responsibility for your actions, to me this is a poem of keeping your power and not giving it to anyone else. Thank you for sharing.
