The Sad and Disingenuous

As consciously repetitive as it is,
Kindness,
The unoriginal act of not commonly being an a*****e,
Dickhole, or cuntface. . .
Never gets old; never feels out of place.
Unless. . .
One is overtly disingenuous,
Or pretending to be religious.
Claiming a “high ground”,
To justify an inner bigot.
Describing a fictive land of fire,
Damnation, and suffering
For all those who oppose them.
Pretending they truly care,
When they only wanna seem that way.
That kinda s**t, however,
Is getting very old;
And has no place in a kinder world. . .
(if we ever hope to be truly honest
with the many stranger's in our lives)

and what do you think? do you believe it's changing, do you believe more people are learning to reach into their hearts, do you believe more people are adopting lives of service, or do you believe there are still too many young beans who haven't even sprouted shoots yet?

It's not that simple. The sprouts are polluted in my view and the result of that is far more complicated than just change. It's cliché to say we are living in uncharted territory but, I'm going to say it anyway. Time is becoming more concentrated, more things are happening and more people are aware of it concurrently like never before.

sure I understand your thoughts here, I have contemplated this myself a lot lately, it is becomeing more of a mass of confusion, but you will always have the ones who understand - or choose to follow the path of understanding - the inherent knowledge within us. On the flip side you will have the beans, devoid of any kind of knowledge of what it means to be knowing inherent ... then, there are many things that the yogi's, sage's, prophets etc have known for thousands of years (just read the Gita) that only now science is catching up with ... that's all the inherent stuff. Passed down, miscommunicated, then lost in translation, we all have it there yes, but we don't have the access code ... and then if we flip the coin again ... is it all just a human interpretation of what we think is? ahhh
