You should ask your dad about why and how time stretches. It's interesting, and he can probably tell you why better than i can.

And you are kinda lucky liz, I lie to most people. Our relatively simple relationship has kept me from doing that. It's quite lovely... you've actually been quite helpful to my theory of mind over the years. I usually attract toxicly insane people in real life.

Every single layer... Language is medicine for the human condition. Otherwise we'd all just be throwing rocks at zebras like a******s. Language helps us describe the sunlight better... but, I'm sure we've lost something. My cat doesn't talk and he seems much happier

Let's not throw rocks at zebra's ... you have just made me think of my dad teaching me how to skip rocks and how I in turn taught my boys, and now I remember skipping rocks with them across a lake in Patagonia - you are right, language is medicine ... I think that's what you have always done for me, I am sure I have told you before, you have made me sit and observe the thoughts and then I sift through and see what's left ...

If your lie is that it is easier to ignore the truth you have made a mistake. If your lie it is easier than surviving the truth, than, who can blame you? Don't we all live in a main charachter fantasy that keeps us going? If we all truly realized the magnitude of how completely irrelevant the individual life is... our shared reality would break down, anarchy would reign... we might very well be killing ourselves... in a different, less pleasant way.

We should all strive to die happy. Even if it means loving and forgiving your worst enemy.

I feel ya... it's not exactly an easy watch either... ugh, it feels good after the fact but, while we figure these kind of things out it can get a little uncomfortable. Psychic pain or mental anguish I believe are apt terms. But it's like exercise if you do it properly. (you can trust me here, I will not lead you astray)

Ha... you're right. Trust is not something we tell each other flippantly just to have in the other, we must show reasons why over long periods of time it is worth it. There is no moment of truth when you figure out that you trust or love someone, that s**t is pure fantasy. It just kinda happens eventually if you're worth it.

Real love is rare, but not as difficult as the unloved likes to think. True love is probably not real.. if I had to guess anyway. "love" is an evolutionary feature that begs a conversation I'm not willing to go into at the moment.
