Thank you for that. I think having some insight into this can be useful, maybe my words will help other's identify and deal properly with people such as myself. Most npd's don't fully come to terms with their problem to know what they are, there are quite a bit more of us than most people seem to think. You probably know more than one already. Some are capable of doing more damage than others... most of us cannot help it... even with insight, we really shouldn't be interacting with people beyond the surface.
