🙄 Sort of....

An oxymoronic idea to infer the body remembers what the mind does not … that is, until considering how a person's prior experience with a traumatic or stimulating event occurs again and the body's memory of that event is suddenly reactivated, releasing familiar hormones and triggering a physical and physiological response from what was previously imprinted upon the body. Then, exposed to the same or similar stimuli or situation the body reacts with the same or similar response(s), even if there is no conscious memory of it.

There are many more aspects of body memory that could be elucidated, but I'd rather not drone on, as I'm certainly apt to … LOL!
