Nice poem. At first I thought I would like to see you expand it, then I thought no, that could be endless. We lie to get jobs, we lie to cheat on spouses, some lie on taxes. Then there is the flip side. When asked how are you, we lie. We lie to make others feel good, we lie to flatter. Then there are psychopaths, who lie constantly, and better than the rest of us. Thank god for animals other than humans.

I'm glad you understand why I didn't elaborate with this. It's brutal to think about this unfortunate fact of our reality. Yeah, it's all a lie in one way or another... but, this place is still awesome. I just wish we would lie in more happy kind of way en masse. Jesus would be disappointed with where we took his story.
