The Nightmare He Lives

The Nightmare He Lives

A Poem by Gregory Stires

The Nightmare He Lives

The nightmare he lives in,

His people hunted,

Trapped in the camps of hell,

Filled with decay and cries of despair,

The smell of burnt flesh from the burning dead,

Stuck with his father whom slowly falls into the

Reapers grasp,

Forever scarred he is for the memories of despair

Haunt him for the rest of his life,

His childhood stolen right from under him,

His people slaughtered and tortured because of a mad mans goal,

Forever he lives a nightmare for the memories of pain and despair

Will never let him forget.
