It's been a time since I saw you

I can't remember where

But I saw you

Time passes by

And you're not with me

I can't see you

I don't know why

But I just cant

I know you are in my mind

Remembering all the good times we had

But now, you're not with me

Reading books by the window

Watching how the raindrops

Yell your name

I just know you're not with me

I thought I saw you by my window

When I went to check

My fear began to grow

You weren't there

My dreams about you are beautiful

I just can't seem to forget you...

I don't know how this works

I can't see you nor hear you

But I feel your prescence with me

My memories seem to fade...

It won't be too long before I forget you

And the tunnel that I'm walking

is taking me to the light

And you are fading away from me...

When I wake up

I won't remember you

But see my tears and pain right now

Just to show how much I loved you

I know this feeling too well. I can't ever really seem to let go though. I write songs, cry, make up stories, believe the lies I tell myself, but nothing works. Great job capturing the pain here. This could've made me cry If I wernt so excited right now:) great job!
