After the Storm

After the Storm

A Poem by Logan
"

Rain, star, renewal, silence, hope

"

The sky leans low with silver rain,
a hush across the darkened plain.
The earth drinks deep, the rivers sing,
and every drop remakes the spring.

A single star breaks through the mist,
its trembling light, a gentle fist
against the night’s unyielding wall
a promise whispered, small yet tall.

And in that glow, the heart recalls
how even silence sometimes calls;
how even endings, sharp and near,
may carve a doorway out of fear.

So let the storm, so let it fall,
the seed still rises, after all.
