Ashes in the Mirror

Ashes in the Mirror

A Poem by Logan
"

Mirror, lies, shadow, ghosts, despair.

"

The mirror cracks with whispered lies,
a shadow peers through borrowed eyes.
The room grows still, the candle fades,
a thousand ghosts in fractured shades.

The glass remembers every name,
it keeps them burning, keeps the flame.
Yet when you look, you see just one
yourself, already come undone.
