Was it chance that they met?
Some may call it fate.
Was it chance they fell in love,
Or was it fate?

Was it chance he broke her heart
And fell for someone else?
Or was it fate he pushed her away
Into the arms of another.

Was it chance she never trusted again,
For fear of being hurt?
Or was it fate she ran off,
Leaving for the sea.

Was it chance she was the one
To fall for the dark captain?
Or was it fate she changed her ways
And joined with the raiding.

Was it chance she saw him from afar,
With the girl he left her for?
Or was it fate she turned away,
Vowing never to look back.

Its all about the chance & I see nothing by chance. Everything happens for a reason & few say it happens for good too....So life is a mystery full of chance we take by chance....lol nice poem!
