A Voice

A Poem by Loquacious_Voice

You’re so transparent, I can’t understand it.  When I look at you it just happens.

Like looking out a window, I see right through you and your bullshit too.

Even when you think you got me fooled, I’m wiser than you think and it’s pathetic.

I imagine you to put your knowledge to use but just forget it. A simple dream, as plain as it seems your just too naive to comprehend it.

Silly me, why am I so concerned about this if it doesn't involve me right?

As Dr. King said “our lives end the day we become silent”; therefore, silence is not an option.

Sitting back and observing. Like water I’m translucent. I noticed nothing but rivalry and fools being foolish.

You say you all true including the irrelevant s**t you do, but what path are you taking? Please tell me.

Treating your sisters and brothers like aliens from a different planet; putting them in hell over bullshit that is stale and tragic.

Bringing each other down by throwing words around, how mature are you? Never mind you're just being you, childlike.

Take it how you want, it’s not me who’s going to be alone.

Do what you want, I mean to each his own. At the end of the day I do not regret s**t I say and appreciate the ridiculous faces.

Talking about women empowerment! Ha, what a nice reconcilement. When did the definition of empowerment get revised?

I never knew oral arguments were meant to be pleasant.

I mean you intentionally bringing each other down just because of some petty assumptions and speculations that you found.

Let us not forget the he said she said conflicts. Then we wonder why the characterization of women happens.

Instead of being b*****s and snitches, we should be phenomenal women with life changing goals and wishes.

Stop allow the ignorant bullshit compel us or be obedient to the bad habits that overwhelm us.

Get out of that circle that controls us and chose the right path that is glorious.

But just remember I’m not you so you might just say it’s irrelevant. So let me not continue to waste my breathe and make this the end.
